Yes. Mr. Givler has served as FEMA Floodplain Administrator for multiple Texas municipalities and has performed technical work directly for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on coastal and hydraulic engineering projects.

Mr. Givler has designed, inspected, rehabilitated, and performed breach analyses for dozens of earthen and concrete dams across Texas and Pennsylvania, including structures up to 164 feet in height. His dam-related work spans cofferdam design, spillway rehabilitation, emergency action plans, and HEC-RAS unsteady flow breach modeling.
